Hello Pipits!

This SUNDAY we will visit the Half Moon Valley Trail in Bronte Creek Provincial Park.

We will meet at 9am, at Parking Lot F at Bronte Creek Provincial Park, on the Burloak Road side of the Park.

The Half Moon Valley Trail leads through forest and down stairs to the creek. There have previously been Great Horned Owls nesting in the forest here, maybe we'll see them again! There are lots of conifers throughout the Park, if we have time after the trail, we can go look for signs of owls - pellets, whitewash. Maybe we'll get lucky and find a sleepy Saw Whet, Long-eared, or Barred Owl.

Looking forward to seeing those who can join us!
